CRQL offers refunds for products that experience reproducable and/or persistent software issues such as glitches, freezes, or crashes that significantly impact usability. If a product becomes unusable, please contact support@crql.works or visit our contact page for assistance. Each CRQL product is accompanied by detailed demonstrations and documentation outlining its sound, visual behaviour, and general operation. For this reason, refunds cannot be requested or issued based on personal preference or subjective opinion. This includes dissatisfaction with visual design, sound characteristics, workflow, or installation experience.
If you have purchased a product from CRQL, and have not accessed your digital content, and it has been less than 14 days since purchase, you are entitled to a "withdrawal" from your purchase. If this is the case, please contact support@crql.works or visit our contact page
If you have purchased a product from CRQL, you will get an email with your recipt, and licence key in that email. That code unlocks tha ability to download your purchase from Upon using your download code for any CRQL product, we will store that code directly in your browser for future-downloads. If you wish to delete this from your cache regularly, please ensure you keep the code safe for future use.
